- The Sky Cutter Samurai Sword/Katana features a blade of 65 manganese steel with a hardness of 57-59 HRC. It is hand-forged using the ancient Longquan method. The sword is finely hand-ground in fifteen steps and heat-treated by water and oil quenching. The handle is made of integrated steel with rosewood carvings for a non-slip grip, and the sheath is made of real wood lacquer. The fittings are made of bronze alloy and the handguard is iron. Please note that as a handcrafted product, there may be slight variations – the actual product should be taken as standard. The sword comes with a brocade box gift and is made in Longquan, Zhejiang.
