Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations are not accepted. Once we receive your cancellation request, a refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.
Right of Withdrawal:
From the date you receive your products, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without any reason or cost, except for the return shipping costs, which will be your responsibility (unless the withdrawal is due to an error on our part in order preparation or is related to a legal or conventional guarantee). The return shipping costs vary depending on the product type and weight. If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
Only the price of the returned products and the initial shipping costs will be refunded. This refund will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Cash on delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
The right of withdrawal is only applicable for products returned within 14 days from the decision to withdraw, provided that the products are returned in their original condition, complete with accessories, and in their original packaging, suitable for resale. Products that are incomplete, damaged, stained, or otherwise compromised by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
Products that have been personalized according to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Return Process:
Before returning any product, you must have your invoice or delivery note and contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions to ensure a quick processing of your return.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products received
Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order at the delivery address. Your return package must include a copy of the invoice for the item you wish to return. Katana Sword will inspect the returned item within three working days of receipt.
If approved, we will either send a replacement product to your address or issue a refund to your credit card (or the original payment method). Refund processing time will depend on your credit card issuer’s policies. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
For returns or exchanges, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. Please email the tracking number to us. We will not process a refund or exchange until the returned item has been successfully delivered.
